IITA 2026 Annual Conference

Reflecting upon my time in Niagara Falls, USA this week, I am still buzzing from an incredible IITA 2026 Summit, hosted by Lisa Simon and the incredible planning team at International Inbound Travel Association (IITA) and John Percy, CDME and Tina Mt. Pleasant, CTIS at Destination Niagara USA. Job well done by all!

The time spent with colleagues from near and far - as the critical discussions were had - whether on stage or in the moments where we gathered to delve into the various travel headwinds and pathways for incremental smart growth.

And a big highlight for me was not only attending so many strong sessions, but also having the opportunity to take the stage alongside Helen Marano and Sally Davis Berry, CTP, CMP to share our session on cultural heritage tourism and community-connected experience development for the inbound market. Thank you for inviting me along for the fun!
