Richard Peterson, CEO of the US Cultural & Heritage Marketing Council has been invited to Palm Springs for the IGLTA 2025 Global Convention and to be part of the educational line-up.
"I’ll be presenting on Intersectional Storytelling & Inclusive Tourism — exploring how cultural heritage and community voices can transform LGBTQ+ product engagement and visitor experiences", says Peterson.

"We’ll look at how destinations can elevate underrepresented voices through co-creation with BIPOC, gender-diverse, Indigenous, and LGBTQ+ communities - and position cultural heritage tourism as a signature element in inclusive product and experience planning." concludes Peterson.
